In brief the goals are:

1. Help young people discover their own heroic potential within their own minds.

2. Motivate them to recognize the fact they have the potential for being heroes and heroines.

3. Identify people locally they consider heroes, hopefully parents, teachers, coaches, religious leaders, neighbors and other unsung heroes.

4. Write articles, create videos and audios that tell the story of why these people were chosen.

5. Teach students how to publicize and promote the heroes online and through conventional marketing methods.

6. Educate the students how to make money selling online products with their newfound copywriting and promotional skills.

7. Provide a turnkey internet marketing system that makes it easy for young people to market products through the internet.

8. Teach the young people to become internet marketing resources for their local community.

9. Get the students to commit to helping train the next year's class.

The function of the board of directors will be to vote on issues relating to the disbursement of funds, structure and operation of the "In Search Of Heroes" program. The people invited to be on the board are leaders in their industry.

They will provide the needed services, such as training, educational materials, public relations and marketing to the ISOH program at a discounted price that still provides reasonable profits for their companies. Of course, the board members will evaluate all services provided and vote to insure superior value and cost effectiveness.

Boys and girls both need good role models. Ideally, there will be an equal number of men and women on the board of directors to insure a balanced perspective and the most insightful decisions.

The time requirements should be minimal. The majority of the decisions can be made through email, a targeted ASK campaign and teleconferences. If live bodies are required by law at meetings,  the ISOH program will reimburse the board of directors for any expenses.

The Board Of Directors will be recognized on the primary In Search Of Heroes site as the heroes and heroines that made the ISOH program a reality by spreading good news and financial abundance one family and community at a time. They will be the role models for students to emulate.
