Proposal Sent To Internet Copywriters Who Might Consider Being Involved in the In Search Of Heroes Program Copywriter's Contest

Dear Copywriter,

 

Thanks for being involved. Here is an overview of how the program will work.

 

Are you a copywriter? Do you want to join in the "In Search Of Heroes" (ISOH) Program Copywriter Competition?" The goal is to honor and publicize the copywriters that create sales letters that produce the greatest amount of cash donations to the non-profit "In Search Of Heroes" corporation. This money will be used to set up and operate the program world-wide?

 

Many of the masters and up-and-coming copywriters have accepted the challenge. The goal will be to determine, "Who is the greatest copywriter for a charitable purpose?" Michel Fortin, Ted Ciuba, Carl Galletti, Troy White, Carl Garber, Joe Vitale, Vicky Heron, Craig Perrine, Marc and Terry Goldman are a few who will be participating.

 

The writers will get a percentage of the money they generate through a two tier affiliate program. I am writing the story of how the "In Search Of Heroes" Program came into being and a basic sales letter from a special features writer's perspective. Each copywriter will take my letter and polish it or create a new one.

 

Then we will use conventional media advertising, press releases and online marketing avenues like google AdWords and the other Pay-per-click services. The ads of the copywriters will target their own specific landing page that gets visitors to opt-in to a 24 day autoresponder, designed to motivate them to donate money to the ISOH program.

 

The definition of (HEROES) are those who:
(H)elp,
(E)nthusiastically,
(R)esponsibly,
(O)ptimistically,
(E)xceptionally
(S)ocially,
(S)piritually and/or (S)cientifically.

 

The people who donate are real HEROES because they are helping make the world a better place. They will have the option of being recognized on the ISOH site for their generosity. They can upload their photo and personal or company information. We can have different categories and different levels of generosity, if the board members feel this is a good idea.

 

The copywriters can also use their contacts in the internet industry to send their specific letter to any available targeted databases. They can use additional incentives to motivate people to participate in the ISOHs program. These incentives can be any E-books, courses or memberships, or whatever they desire. The goal is to get as many people as possible to donate money to makethe world a better place...spreading good news about local heroes and generating online income one family and community at a time.

 

We will track how many people donate instantly, sign up for the autoresponder series and eventually donate money to the program. We will also track conversion rates for each aspect of the contest. This information will be used to honor the best copywriters and marketers in each area. The statistics will be an important part of the course material about sales letters, conversion techniques and backend sales.

 

The writers can come up with their own autoresponder series our use the one created by experts. The results will be tabulated over a period of one month and then published for the edification of all involved.

 

Of course, there will be lots of hoopla and press coverage for the "Big In Search Of Heroes Gala Event" in Dallas at a hotel near the DFW airport. Those involved will be publicly honored and rewarded for their participation. At the awards ceremony, the top copywriters and marketing groups will receive their checks and recognition for their incredible expertise as "wordsmiths" and marketing geniuses.

 

Also, they will have the opportunity to donate any portion back to the ISOH Program or to their favorite charity. The amount of the checks and donations will be made available only with the permission of the recipients. There is a certain amount of beneficial publicity that will result from their altruism and generosity. Otherwise, this information will be kept strictly confidential.

 

We will use the winner's copywriting program as part of the course curricula for every ISOH program in the world. Students internationally will study and analyze each sales letter used in the contest and the conversion techniques to determine why each achieved a specific success in generating income and motivating people to donate their hard earned money to a good cause. The whole idea is to discover the words and marketing techniques that are most effective, so they can be used in the local programs.

 

Those who donated money and are recognized as HEROES locally will be inducted into their local and the international ISOHs Hall Of Fame. The Halls of Fame will be databases for everyone to identify those individuals that are exemplary citizens of the world to develop joint venture business relationships.

 

The students will write online and offline newsletters promoting heroism in their local communities. Their work will be judged by community leaders and organizations like Rotary, Chamber Of Commerce's, etc. The students' goal will be to create a letter that out performs those created by the masters of copywriting. The amount of money generated for their local ISOH program will be the determining factor of the sales letter that is the best. There will be a series of super prizes for the top five groups.
