This Was Ralph's First Proposal to the Potential Internet Heroes That Could Help Make the "In Search Of Heroes™" Program Successful Internationally

Dear Potential Internet Hero,

Do you have the ability to set up a two tier affiliate program for your products to help fund the "In Search Of Heroes" program? I need a legal course as an integral part of my "In Search Of Heroes" program. I have been working for 10 years to discover a way to make this program self-funding for college and high school journalism and multi-media departments.

While I was a Special Features writer and photographer for the Coronado Eagle Newspaper in San Diego, CA for three years, I created the "In Search Of Heroes" program in 1993. It involved the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Comic Industry, Universal Studios, Disneyland, TV station and local High School journalism and multi-media departments and local mentors.

The definition of HEROES is someone who (H)elps (E)nthusiastically (R)esponsibly (O)ptimistically (E)xceptionally (S)ocially an/or (S)piritually. Anyone can be a hero at any moment in time...no matter how bad or good. The spokesman for the program was TV and movie star Gregory Alan Williams. He appeared in many movies and TV programs. He is best known for his role as the black cop on Bay Watch and Bay Watch Nights. He eloquently said, "There is a little bad in the best of us and a little bit of good in the worst of us!" He actually saved an Asian man's live during the LA riots. He it a true hero and wrote the book "A Gathering Of Heroes" describing events that identified the good in people rather than glorifying the bad that was exhibited on that day.

During the initial "In Search Of Heroes" (ISOH) program, the students interviewed people they considered heroes, locally and nationally. They were very successful, interviewing all the stars of Bay Watch, Commander Riker of Star Trek, Patrick Reynolds who turned his back on the tobacco fortune and local heroes. The TV station video-taped the student interviews, the newspaper published their articles, the high school created a website, magazine and video about their experiences. The program became an annual project for each new journalism and multi-media class.

Everyone involved considered the program a great success, but the search for heroes was not as important in 1993 as it is now, after the events on 9-11-2001. The current dangerous conditions in the world today inspire fear at many levels. The motto for the program is more important now than ever before. "Rise up heroes and heroines! The world needs you now."

After 10 years of research, I discovered that the two tier affiliate program model is a way to make the program self-funding for each school. It also has the potential to fund other humanitarian projects in the schools and communities. Every school, public and private, would benefit form as much funding as possible.

The goals of the program are to provide students with the knowledge, skills and technology to create income for themselves, families, schools and businesses in their local community. When students learn how to create and market E-books and courses and other products on the internet, they will generate massive amounts of income...a unique way to compete with the large profits from drugs sales and gang activities.

The program will also include courses on asset protection for the sheltering of the income for the school and enterprising students and IRS requirements for the successful operation of the ISOH program. Tentatively, American Express will provide the asset protection material and H&R Block how to be in compliance with IRS requirements.

Once students become educated about marketing, creative writing, E-books and courses production, business skills, IRS regulations, asset protection and wealth management, they can transform their lives and community, one family at a time. With this training, they can help their families and local businesses survive and prosper. Disadvantaged communities could bring the world to their door to sell all types of products and services, from the safety of their homes, schools and offices.

The overview of the specific program goals are:

1. Create a grass roots program that promotes good news and inspirational material.

2. Publicize local heroes through the schools and local newspapers, radio and TV stations.

3. Provide an alternative to the media's mentality of "If it bleeds, it leads." The media creates needless fear and hopelessness in the pursuit of financial gain. The schools would become the source uplifting messages for the community.

4. Help students realize their moms, dads, ministers, teachers, neighbors and others are the real heroes rather than movie stars, professional athletes, musicians, etc.

5. Have students discover the heroic qualities inside themselves that are just waiting to be developed.

6. Teach them how to identify the hero or heroine within by recognizing, naming and integrating the brain hemisphere that is not being utilized.

7. Students would create their own personal hero or heroine that would help them through difficult times. This brain integration opens up the opportunity for them to expand their performance in all areas of life, exponentially.

8. Teach the students valuable computer, website, internet, marketing and writing skills that would be invaluable now and in the future.

9. Educate students how to make money on the internet and protect the income from frivolous law suits and the IRS.

10. Teach them how the wealthy make large amounts of money, keep it and pass it on to future generations by creating Limited Liability Partnerships, corporations to provide protection and health insurance, estate trusts, charitable remainder trusts and personal family charities.

11. The students would become mentors for other students and local businesses. They would be required to give back to the community in appreciation for what they have learned and earned.

The opportunity to market the videos, tapes and course material from the Big Seminar, with no royalty rights required, is an integral part of the program. Carl Galletti, Ted Ciuba, Alex Mandossian, Armand Morin, Frank Caron, Jimmy Brown have all agreed to be recognized as Heroes in the launch of the 2003 "ISOH Program In A Box." They are providing their materials in a two tier Affiliate program format. Frank Deardurff volunteered to create course material on how to create and change the ISOH website, to keep students updated with the latest changes in website techniques.

I would love to promote the materials on your website through a two tier affiliate program. Your links would be included in the ISOH package. Your could be the legal expert for the privacy policy and disclaimers for the ISOH websites. You would be recognized as a local hero in the initial launch of the program.

Everyone would volunteer one hour twice monthly for an online seminar for all the schools or communities that have invested in the ISOH program. The initial experts will keep the schools updated on all the latest techniques for marketing, asset protection, IRS requirements, website creation and management. As the program evolves, local heroes in these areas will take over, to help their communities and promote their own expertise locally.

I am providing the course material that teaches kids how to discover the hero within. As a professional tennis instructor for 20 years, I specialized in teaching women and children. The amazing results of my techniques were due to teaching my students how to access their non-dominant brain hemisphere and integrating it into their lives.

The material from the Big Seminar is the course material for the "In Search Of Heroes Program-In-A-Box." It will be offered as a two tier Affiliate program. A non-profit corporation called "In Search Of Heroes" (ISOH) will be formed to receive donations from large companies like Sun Microsystems (already interested in being a partner), Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Dell, Compaq/HP, Sony, Texas Instruments, etc. Their technology and software would be an integral part of the program.

ISOH will be the provider of the program materials. Ideally schools or businesses in the local community will invest in the program for their local community. Each school will team up with their local Chamber of Commerce and service organization like Rotary, Kiwanis, etc. The business leaders can invest in the program or the school could solicit funds through Alex's "Marketing With Postcards Program."

The initial "Heroes of the Internet" from the Big Seminar will have the opportunity to sign up in the ISOH two tier affiliate program. They will then market the program to their mailing lists, making 30% on every purchase. Any of their clients that become ISOH affiliates, the "Heroes of the Internet" will receive an additional 10% on everything sold through those links. This does not include the money they will be making on their other educational products that are sold through the "ISOH In-A-Box" links to their sites. Businesses in the local communities will purchase their educational products immediately because they realize the importance of marketing on the internet, newsletters, postcard marketing, email broadcasting and list building.

Once a community invests in the "ISOH Program-In-A-Box," they would immediately get a cloned copy of the master ISOH website. A non-profit corporation should be created by reputable local business leaders. They would coordinate the program locally for the benefit of the school and entire community. The corporation would receive the profits from the sales from the customized affiliate links on their local ISOH website. As the school and students create their own E-books and courses, the non-profit corporation would be the first affiliate for the purpose of reinvesting profits back into the community.

I am currently working to integrate the Big Seminar audio tapes, videos, PowerPoint presentations and work sheets into the course materials from American Express, H&R Block and my brain integration course. The heroes from the Big Seminar, American Express, Sun Microsystems, the Coeus Group are working with me to create a simple, easy-to-understand and duplicatable program. It will be similar to a "MacDonald" or "Starbucks" franchise. Every aspect of the program is presented in a step-by-simple-step so anyone anywhere can be successful and the quality and integrity of the program maintained.

Every community in every country would benefit from this program. Rotary International is currently considering ISOH as an International Project, much like "Polio Plus." Ron Beaubien, one of the business leaders and Rotarians in Coronado, is now one of 17 International Rotary Directors. He will be championing the program over the next four years.

This is just a brief overview of the ISOH program. If you have any suggestions or would like to be involved beyond your Big Seminar course material, please let me know. The students of the world need your help. Attached, your will find copies of the picture I took of your at the Big Seminar. I will send you a link to the photo album documenting the first "In Search Of Heroes" program.

Sincerely yours,

Ralph Zuranski
