Ralph Zuranski should know because this dedicated staff of health professionals is taking care of his mom and dad. Compassion, kindness and caring are not emotions that can be faked.

Either the doctor and staff love their patients and want the best for them or they don't. When I take mom and dad to see Dr. Allen and his staff, there is no doubt they love their patients and want the best for them.

When you are taking care of your parents, who have catastrophic illnesses, you are very grateful for the compassion and kindness of the staff at the doctor's office. This really is crucial when the staff are taking blood pressures, drawing blood and weighing them.

My parents often feel so miserable this extra kindness and concern makes all the difference in the world. As Doctor Allen always says, "Health care is a team effort. It takes everyone in the family to support the family members who are suffering."

I always love it when he says, "Well, It's the team Zuranski. How is everyone doing today?"

If you are lucky enough to live in Point Loma, San Diego, Dr. Allen and his staff are the family practice you want to take your loved ones to. Their care and compassion makes a huge difference. A difficult task is transformed into a joyful one, where you visit friends who help your loved ones.
