"Part 13: I Am Going To Commit Suicide in Two Weeks and There Is Nothing You Can Say Or Do To Stop Me From Killing Myself!!!" by Ralph Zuranski

Dear Vietnam Vet,
You are a HERO for you service in Vietnam...no matter what the war protestors said and how they treated you and the other men and women who served.
You were doing your duty. Many gave their lives so that ungrateful, misguided, brainwashed individuals in this country could abuse and dishonor our veterans sacrifices.
I was against the way the war was waged after I found out how
our troops were prevented from winning the war in a short time because of the corrupt politicians, but I always admired and respected our service men and women who did their duty during a difficult time in our history.
Still there are many that hate our men and women in the service of this country. They are naive enough to believe that our
enemies will be nice to us if we are nice to them.
What a JOKE. If not for our heroes in the military, this would be the USSA, the United States Socialists America.
There are millions of people who want to help you, if you would just give them a chance. It seems my concern and prayers for you and your welfare is not enough to dissuade you from killing yourself.
Would you be open to staying alive and getting some help for your health problems if thousands of people wrote encouraging letters to you through my In Search Of Heroes Blog?
I would keep everything anonymous so no one knows who you are but have the opportunity to reach out and help you. There are many who would donate money, time and effort to help you through this difficult time. There are many organizations who would love to help you.
Please let a grateful nation help you. I will make sure you and the other VETS get the credit, respect, admiration and support they deserve.
With your permission, I will publish our series of emails in my blog and ask people to encourage and actually help you. Your name will not be included in any of the text. So you can keep your privacy intact. I will even go to the media to get publicity for you plight and that of over Vietnam Vets who are probably going through the same thing.
It is such a shame to lose a real HERO when the world needs them now more than ever. The most difficult day is one step short of your greatest success.
Take care,
Ralph
